Available since the end of March 2021, the Sword and Shield Reign of Ice expansion has offered two elite trainer boxes. Good news for collectors and fans who absolutely want to complete their ETB collection with pretty boxes showcasing Sylveroy even if the hole in the wallet is quite large!
Hopefully I got both Elite Trainer Boxes from the Reign of Ice expansion at the normal retail price when it was released! Some buyers wanted to fill their pockets, but bad luck for them the boxes do not leave at full price!

The contents of the Sylveroy Cold Rider Elite Box – Reign of Ice:
- 8 boosters Ice Reign you JCC Pokemon
- 65 card sleeves representing Sylveroy Rider of the cold
- 45 Pokémon TCG Energy cards
- 1 expansion game guide Ice Reign
- 6 damage marker dice
- 1 coin toss allowed in competition
- 2 acrylic Special Conditions markers
- 1 collection box with 4 reversible Sylveroy Cavalier cold dividers
- 1 code card for the Pokémon TCG Online or the JCC Pokémon Live
As a reminder, the content of the boosters may differ from one player to another, you will randomly come across cards. Each booster contains 10 cards including 6 common cards, 3 uncommon cards and 1 rare card.
Photos and unboxing results
Having missed the release of this extension because I was not in Europe at all, I was able to complete part of my collection with the help of some boosters bought here and there when I returned to France. With this elite trainer box and the second, I ended up getting almost all the common and rare cards, excluding secrets.
As always, my few duplicates will end up on the site Carmarket at a low price and I will try to find the cards that I still miss on this same platform.
