The text targets various aspects of the war that began on February 24, whether sanctions once morest Russia, humanitarian assistance to the population, diplomatic efforts to create humanitarian corridors, the creation of an international criminal tribunal or support for bilateral or multilateral initiatives for a ceasefire.
Various amendments were accepted, notably from the opposition.
