The famous American terrorist “Unabomber” was found dead in his cell, said this Saturday, June 10 a spokesman for the federal office of prisons. He was 81 years old.

He hated modern society

Former professor of mathematics at the University of Berkeley and Harvard graduate, Theodore Kaczynski committed 16 parcel bomb attacks.

He had been arrested in 1996 in Montana where he lived as a hermit following having taken a dislike to modern technology.

Theodore Kaczynski was nicknamed “Unabomber” by the FBI because his first targets were universities and airlines.

Sentenced to life in 1998, he was transferred to a medical facility in 2021 due to a deterioration in his state of health. The cause of his death is not known at this time.
