The woman, who usually goes to the golf course to relax, said the attacker, a 44-year-old woman who was practicing golf with her partner, was on the edge of the playing area and started throwing balls in her direction.
“We started seeing some strange things because the ball was flying very fast. These people were uncomfortable with our presence and they started moving towards us,” SL claimed to Infobae.

Given the circumstances, the victim decided to discuss the rules of the sport with the couple. The response he received, however, was an unexpectedly violent attack.
“They beat me like a rat”
“Suddenly he hit me on the head with the stick in his hand. The stick broke and the blow made me dizzy. Then he took out another one and hit me again,” he described.
The victim claimed the attack was accompanied by racist and derogatory insults. “He told me: ‘Go away, rat. I paid $50,000 to come here, this is not Ostend. They don’t have to be here,” he said. “They beat me like a rat.”
A witness at the scene recorded the moments after the attack. In the image, you can see the couple walking away while the victim lies on the ground crying. “The stick broke my head, you madman,” the victim said through tears. In the video, you can also hear SL’s friend plead for help, and the abuser’s response: “She doesn’t have to be here.”
SL suffered injuries to his head and other parts of his body and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Later, he reported the incident to the No. 1 police station. The victim reported that the defendant couple owned a pharmacy in the area.

The case was handled by the Fourth Functional Teaching Department of the City of Pinamar, headed by prosecutor Juan Pablo Calderón, and was classified as an injury case.
