UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres will meet with the Russian President. A UN spokesman said Antonio Guterres was on his way to Moscow. On Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin will receive Guterres. Guterres will hold talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. The UN Secretary-General will then travel to Kiev to meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Selensky and Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuleba on Thursday.
Ukraine has accused Russia of attacking five Ukrainian railway stations that continue to be occupied. The attack on the railway stations comes amid the evacuation of Ukrainians and the delivery of aid to refugees following the occupation.

Russia’s Defense Ministry, meanwhile, has said Russia is making little progress after focusing on taking control of the Donbass region of Ukraine.
