This June 25, the United Nations (UN) confirmed that its panel of electoral specialists can be current within the presidential elections in Venezuela to be held on July 28.
Via a short assertion, they reported that their technical Mission made up of 4 specialists will arrive in Venezuela at the start of July.
They defined that the report that derives from these elections can be of a “confidential“. It would even have suggestions on enhancements to think regarding for future elections.
“On the request of the Nationwide Electoral Council of #Venezuela, the UN will deploy a Panel of Electoral Consultants for the presidential elections in July 2024. The Panel’s report back to the Secretary Common can be confidential“, they indicated.
The Panel of Consultants may also not make public statements.
