Umran Malik | Had he been in Pakistan, Umran Malik would have made it to the national team; Kamran Akmal

Islamabad: Pakistan’s Kamran Akmal has praised Sunrisers Hyderabad’s star pacer Umran Malik in the IPL. Akmal said that if he had been in Pakistan, Umran would have already played in the national team. Kamran Akmal was a member of the Rajasthan Royals team that won the IPL title in 2008.

Akmal added that Umran Malik’s economy rate is high but he is a real strike bowler. Akmal was speaking in an exclusive interview with Pakistan TV.

“Had he been in Pakistan, he (Umran Malik) would have been playing international cricket by now. Despite his high economy rate, he is a strike bowler who can take wickets. After each race, his balls reach a speed of 155 km / h on the speed chart. It is not decreasing .’- Akmal said.

‘The Indian team has a good match. Earlier in Indian cricket, there were few quality fast bowlers. But now they have pacers like Navdeep Saini, Mohammad Siraj, Mohammad Shami and Jaspreet Bumra. Even Umesh Yadav bowls beautifully. With 10-12 pacers, it will be difficult for the Indian selectors to select. ‘ – Akmal added.
