UM6P deciphers the challenges of executive training

Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), through its Executive Education Science & Technology entity, is launching Executive Education Day. The first edition of this meeting was organized under the theme “Levers and perspectives of executive training”.

This is a new cycle of meetings dedicated to professionals, focused on debates and exchanges on topics with high added value for the training ecosystem. The first edition of the Executive Education Day was thus organized on December 15 at the Benguerir campus of the UM6P, under the theme “Levers and perspectives of executive training”. This meeting, broken down into three panels, allowed participants to address several current topics related to continuing education, in particular the challenges of LifeLong Learning, and the question of executive training programs inspired by research. It should be noted that the Executive Education Science & Technology of Mohammed VI University supports African executives and professionals in their career development objectives through training courses focused on the fields of science and technology (Green Buildings , digital transformation, Renewable energies, Mining, Chemistry, Industry 4.0, Sustainability, etc.).

It should also be remembered that the executive programs offered in the format of short courses, Executive Masters, Personalized Courses and certification allow participants to access the advanced knowledge resulting from the results of academic research work necessary to create a differentiated advantage in the market. Furthermore, it should be noted that the mission of Executive Education Science & Technology is to develop a diversified training offer by recognized experts in the fields of science and technology allowing participants to acquire innovative knowledge and the skills needed to meet future scientific and technological challenges in a supportive, flexible, creative and stimulating learning environment, while developing unique expertise recognized in the market.

“LifeLong Learning is for us a conviction and one of the raison d’être of UM6P, which is an applied research institution. Our objective is to strengthen the links between the Moroccan university and the business world. The UM6P is at the disposal of the Moroccan and African economic world”, pointed out Hicham El Habti, president of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P).
