The skin around the eyes is the thinnest and most delicate area. The thickness of the skin in this area is only 0.5 mm. There is practically no subcutaneous fat layer, so this area needs special care.
First of all, it’s a lifestyle: eight hours of sleep (you can sleep longer, it’s not worth less), proper nutrition and giving up bad habits.
Particular attention should be paid to the selection of cosmetics for the area around the eyes. The main condition is that it is hypoallergenic.
You should also read all labels on the jars. Do you need lymphatic drainage cream? Maybe just moisturizing will be enough? Of course, it is better to resolve these issues with a specialist. A cosmetologist will assess the condition of your skin and, if necessary, recommend procedures that will improve its condition, for example, botulinum toxin, mesotherapy or biorevitalization.
An important rule: you need to remove makeup with micellar water using very delicate movements along the massage lines. Any cream should be applied in the same way – gently.
Cooling patches are a good way to prevent wrinkles around the eyes. But it is not recommended to sleep with them – swelling and an allergic reaction may occur.
