Ukrainian President arrived in Jeddah to attend the Arab League meeting

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Jeddah to attend the ongoing Arab League meeting in Saudi Arabia.

According to Arab media reports, the Ukrainian president arrived in Saudi Arabia from Poland in a special French plane, he will attend the Arab League summit as a special guest.

On this occasion, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the purpose of his visit is to present a peace plan against Russian aggression in Ukraine.

He said that he will meet Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, mutual relations and cooperation with Arab countries including Saudi Arabia will be promoted.

He said that another purpose of his visit is to make efforts to protect the Muslims of Ukraine, which was annexed by the Russian occupation of Crimea in 2014, and the Muslims of Crimea are currently suffering.

It should be noted that the 32nd summit of the Arab League has started in Saudi Arabia, in which Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has also specially participated.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, King Abdullah II of Jordan are also participating in the Arab League meeting, while Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman welcomed the participants of the meeting.

According to the Arab media, the Ukrainian president will leave for Japan after attending the Arab League meeting, where he will also attend the ongoing G-7 meeting in Hiroshima.

It should be noted that at this time, the meetings of three very important regional alliances are going on in the world political and economic scenario in Saudi Arabia, Japan and China.

In the ‘Arab League Meeting’ held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the leaders’ agenda includes strong political and economic relations between Arab countries for a better future, protection of Arab interests, national security and environmental issues, among other important regional issues.

On the other hand, in the ongoing ‘G7 meeting’ in Japan, the member countries will consider the end of the ongoing war in Ukraine and new sanctions against Russia along with other economic and political issues.

In the third ‘China-Central Asia meeting’, which is of international importance, called in China, the Chinese president discussed issues of common interests and expansion of relations, including new infrastructure and development projects for the promotion of trade on behalf of China in Central Asian countries. The conversation is ongoing.

The leaders of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are participating in the ongoing meeting in China.
