Moscow. May 7th INTERFAX.RU – On Sunday night, the Armed Forces of Ukraine sent more than 10 drones to the Crimea and Sevastopol, the attack was repelled, informed Governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.
“At night, air defense forces and electronic warfare systems repelled another attack on Sevastopol,” Razvozhaev wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to him, one of the drones lost control and fell in a forest belt, the wreckage was found by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Two more drones were shot down over the sea from different sides of Sevastopol.
No facilities in the city were damaged, the governor said.
Periodic air defense work in the Crimea and Sevastopol has been reported since August last year. Basically, we are talking regarding small drones.
In Crimea and Sevastopol, there is a high, “yellow”, level of terrorist danger, as well as a medium-level response regime.
