Mr. Natalukha was born in 1987 in Moscow. He also worked at Ilyashev & Partners and other law firms. He actively supported the Revolution of Dignity. He was engaged in advocacy for the rights of IDPs together with the UNHCR office in Ukraine.
From 2015 to 2017 — Chairman of the Kominternivska District State Administration (Odesa Oblast). Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development. Currently also co-chairman of the group on interparliamentary relations with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Meanwhile, more than 5,500 convicts have already joined the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The French publication Le Monde notes that convicts who have joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces have the same rights as other Ukrainian soldiers, except for leave.
