Ukraine continues to step up its counterattack. Sergey Sobyanin, the mayor of Moscow, Russia, said on Telegram in the early morning of July 30 that high-rise buildings in the financial and commercial districts were attacked by three Ukrainian drones, causing minor damage to the exterior walls of two skyscrapers.
