Beta testing of the “National Cashback” program started in Ukraine on September 2. It will last about a month.
During this period, the system will be filled with goods from Ukrainian manufacturers, for the purchase of which consumers will receive 10% cashback. New retail chains and stores will join. The operation of the technical systems that ensure the operation of the project will be checked.
– Cashback is calculated by 9 retail chains, in the process of testing about 40 more retail establishments. 38,000 products from 600 Ukrainian manufacturers have already been registered in the program. Supporting Ukrainians is a consistent policy of the government, especially on the eve of the heating season, because the received cashback will be used, for example, to pay for utility services. At the same time, encouraging the purchase of local goods will create jobs and provide additional tax revenue. After all, up to 40% of funds spent on Ukrainian goods are returned to the budget through taxes and go to the needs of the Armed Forces, she emphasized First Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko.

To receive cashback from the state, you need to apply through the website or mobile application of a bank participating in the program, or contact a branch. Open a physical or virtual card to which the cashback will be credited. Currently, this can be done through mobile applications and branches of the following banks: Privatbank, Sense Bank, PUIB, A-bank, Globus, Ukrsibbank, Acordbank.
When applying to the bank, it will also be necessary to determine the cards from which payments for goods will be made, and to give consent to the transfer of transaction data when purchasing goods from the selected cards. These can be cards of different banks. Next, update the Diya mobile application, select the National Cashback service and mark the card for cashback payments there.
After that, you can go to a store that has already joined the National Cashback program and make purchases. Cashback is already available on 38,000 products from 600 local manufacturers. Among them are food products, medicines, clothes, household chemicals and cosmetics, household goods, building materials, furniture, toys and many other products of Ukrainian production.
Now cashback is already being calculated in stores of the Aurora, ATB, Novus, Ekomarket, VARUS, Okko, WOG, UKRNAFTA, and ANC pharmacy chains. Other chains and separate stores are preparing for launch, the number of partner stores will grow.
Cashback is credited to the products of local producers included in the program, excluding excise products (fuel, tobacco and strong alcohol).
Cashback also applies to Ukrainian-made medicines, wine without added alcohol and honey drinks.
The list of manufacturers and products participating in the program will increase. You can find out which products are already covered by cashback on the program website https://madeinukraine.gov.ua. Trade establishments will also inform consumers about the goods on which cashback will be distributed.
The amount of cashback is 10% of the cost of purchased Ukrainian goods registered in the program. The maximum amount of payments is UAH 3,000 per month. Funds accumulated for the month will be credited to the created card once a month until the 20th of the following month. For example, cashback for goods purchased in September will be credited to the account by October 20. It will be impossible to withdraw cash from the account where cashback funds are credited. Cashback funds accrued in 2024 can be used until January 31, 2025.
Funds received for participating in the “National Cashback” program can be spent on utilities, transport, treatment, mobile communications, sports, movies, and others. It will also be possible to donate them to the Armed Forces or buy military bonds.
The beta testing period will last about a month. During this period, citizens will be able to submit their suggestions or comments for improving the mechanisms of the program through a form on the website https://madeinukraine.gov.ua.
