Ukraine – Kiev and Moscow each report defense against air strikes

The Ukrainian military said it shot down three Russian fighter-bombers and several Russian drones. According to information from the Defense Ministry, Russia’s air defense once again parried several Ukrainian drone attacks, including those on the capital Moscow.

Ukraine reported the shooting down of three Russian Sukhoi SU-34 fighter jets this morning. No evidence of the hits has been published. Russian military observers confirmed at least one shot down.

Iranian-made drones were destroyed over the south, west and center of Ukraine during the night. There were two injured in the capital Kiev. Mayor Vitaly Klitschko had previously announced that a high-rise building had caught fire as a result of a drone hit.
