Ukraine Aid Package: Biden Announces $325 Million Assistance and Tank Deployment

Joe Biden, president of the United States, has announced the sending of an aid package of another $325 million to Ukraine and adds that the first Abrams tanks will arrive in Ukraine next week.

Biden made this announcement in a meeting at the White House between members of his Government and the Ukrainian Government, headed by President Volodymyr Zelensky. This aid package does not include the ATACMS long-range missiles, which Ukraine has been insistently demanding for months and which the US has refused to provide for fear of provoking an escalation of war with Russia.
