Two children were killed and 11 people were injured in a knife attack in Southport, UK.
According to British media, among the injured, 8 people including 6 children are in critical condition. Taking timely action, the police arrested the 17-year-old boy involved in the knife attack and also recovered the knife used in the attack.
Police said the motive for the attack was “unclear” but the incident was not being treated as a terrorist incident. One eyewitness said the scene was “terrifying” than anything he had “ever seen”.
