Radstadt’s young footballers are in the best hands at the UFC. Youth leader Karl Schatzl emphasizes in the PN conversation that support is always welcome.
Around 100 football-loving children and young people play in the UFC Radstadt junior team. We currently have U9, U11 and U12 teams. In the U13, you play together with your neighbors on Forstau. “The cooperation works very well and is designed as a future project,” says youth leader Karl Schatzl. “We are well positioned with the young players and have a well-trained coaching team,” he explains. “We are still looking for carers for the youngsters who might support our coaches in training or at games.”
Finding volunteers is becoming increasingly difficult. Schatzl therefore emphasizes: “We are happy regarding everyone who wants to support our kids on a voluntary basis.” Thanks to the numerous helpers who are already active, Radstadt can currently provide a year-round sporting activity for young soccer players.
