After managing to measure himself with Víctor Rago in the second round of the UCV elections, the Physics graduate and university professor for 33 years, congratulate the new rector and to the rest of the authorities that will accompany him in his administration.

The anthropologist was the winner of the second round, surpassing his opponent, Humberto Rojas, with 261 votes, according to the preliminary data of the professorial vote of the Electoral Commission of the UCV, with 80% of the data scrutinized.

Besides, sent congratulations to the new secretary of the UCV, Professor Corina Aristimuño, who was her companion on the road. “The freshness and honesty of her speech resonated in our hearts and is a guarantee that the UCV can have a better future,” she highlighted.

He also thanked his colleagues Aura Marina Boadas and Professor Nelson Chitty La Roche, as well as the teachers, student employees, workers and graduates who supported his proposal.
