Ubisoft announced that the entire Assassin’s Creed family of games (both the main game and the spin-off) has sold around 200 million copies worldwide. From the first game released in 2007 to Valhalla released in 2020.
Additionally, the game development team emphasizes that Assassin’s Creed remains an important franchise for the global gaming industry. Therefore, the team will continue to focus on developing the Assassin’s Creed game and expanding the franchise further.

The announcement comes following Ubisoft released several new Assassin’s Creed installments, including Mirage, Codename RED, Codename HEXE, and Codename Jade, which caused a lot of excitement among many fans.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is slated to release in 2023, with no specific platform being specified. Along with rumors that the game will not have an RPG system and return to the original way of the franchise.
