This week details of Project Q, a new Ubisoft title that will bet on a competitive multiplayer approach. The company was not indifferent to the information that came to light, so it decided to officially announce the title.
Through his social networks, he confirmed that the game is in active development and that Project Q is your code name. He also clarified that it will not be a Battle Royale, but that it will offer a Battle Arena where 2 teams of players will face each other in various modalities. It does not have a confirmed date yet, but we know that it will arrive on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC.
He invited the entire community to be aware of the project and assured that he will continue testing Project Q. The announcement drew attention and divided the opinion of many players. Some of them even already believe that the project will not be well received or that it will have NFT.

Project Q it was just announced and players are not happy
Due to Ubisoft’s latest stumbles and the game’s concept, some fans of the studio are disappointed by Project Q and predict that it will be a resounding failure. In addition, the company assured that the title will allow players to “truly own the experience.” This raised the alerts of many, as they suspect that the company might bet once more on NFTs.
Social networks are already full of criticism towards Project Q and to Ubisoft’s attempts to do something so similar to Overwatch o Fortnite. Even gameplay was leaked showing that the title is heavily inspired by the Epic Games game.
There are fans who believe that the artistic direction of the project is attractive, but even so they are not convinced of its proposal, which looks very similar to that of other successful games. Some people criticized the company for not paying attention to what their true fans have wanted for years.
