Uber publishes list of cars that will not be accepted in Comfort and Black classes in 2024

A Uber announced this Wednesday (30) the updated list of cars that will no longer be accepted in the categories Comfort e Black. In this way, anyone who is a driver of any of the aforementioned vehicles and is in one of these classes will not be able to continue in them from January 2024.

They are 44 models of cars in total and according to the passenger transport company itself, the criteria used to update the selection were the internal space, available colors and the size of the trunk, which must have a capacity of at least 300 liters.

The novelty is valid for all of Brazil and in addition to the items mentioned, there are some other points that were mentioned by the passengers themselves through a survey. So, check now which are the cars that will no longer belong to the aforementioned categories:

Still on the criteria, some necessary for the Comfort category, for example, include a minimum of five seats, four doors and air conditioning, in addition to only models manufactured from 2013 being accepted. Similarly, drivers also need to comply with some rules to gain access to this category.

In this case, the necessary requirements are an average rating of 4.80 for almost all cities, with the exception of Joinville, Caxias do Sul, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Londrina and Brasília, where the average needs to be 4.85. In addition, you must have more than 100 trips in other categories.
