In two videos, the user commented that he asked for an Uber, but it did not move from his place for 40 minutes. When trying to contact, the driver showed disinterest, asked to continue waiting and the user refused to cancel.
Seeing that the driver did not cancel, the user decided to ask for a DiDi and let him know in a message.
“I’m not interested. I am calm at home”, were the words of the Uber driver in response to the bad experience.
In this regard, the user pointed out that he might leave the application running on his smartphone and until he cancels, the consequence would be for him since he cannot take another trip and continue working.
According to Uber, “cancellation fees is to compensate the driver for the time and effort of driving to the starting pointas well as ensuring that the application is efficient for everyone”, but it seems that the driver of the denounced application took the trip knowing that he was not going to move from place and waiting for the desperation of the user to travel, he would cancel it; However, the user’s patience led him to exhibit poor service by the driver and his photo and license plate number is now viral.
