The UBA Agencies of Zongo and Patte d’oie were officially opened to the public this Thursday, September 14, 2023. It was through a very simple but solemn opening ceremony that the unveiling took place in the presence of the members the bank’s board of directors, members of the management committee and a few clients invited for the occasion.
Officially open! The UBA agencies of Zongo and Patte d’oie were present at this ceremony. Housed in the building adjoining the former Libercom management building, the UBA Zongo agency is in fact the relocation of the agency formerly located at the “Three Banks” crossroads.
Responsibility for presenting the characteristics of the renovated agencies fell to the Director of the agency network. From the presentation of Saturnin Agbikossi, the UBA Zongo Agency offers itself to clients in a pleasant and healthy environment to facilitate the processing of operations for clients. The novelty here remains the VIP agency. A discreet, spacious and friendly setting, this VIP area is reserved for large depositors and clients of a certain select category. “Everything is done to enhance you because you deserve it,” he suggested.
The renovated Patte d’oie agency, for its part, has had a complete makeover. The public present at this unveiling ceremony realized this with wonder during the visit to the premises. This agency has not only improved its framework but strengthened its team for better quality of service. 6 funds and 3 other funds dedicated to large depositors; enough to ensure rapid customer service. Renovated but above all reinforced by staff, the Patte d’oie Agency is positioned majestically with a facade proudly revealing the colors and logos of the bank.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of UBA Benin, Mr. Dorothée Gounon, in his address, did not hold back words to show the bank’s gratitude to customers for their trust before inviting them to place more trust in UBA Benin through its 16 agencies spread across the national territory.
The General Manager of UBA Benin, Mr. Charles KONE, as a man proud to experience these events, said he was happy to witness this revolution that the bank is carrying out. He announced that the Zongo agency is in a transition phase pending the construction of the UBA headquarters in Benin in the coming years. “Our motto is to continue to provide excellent service in every way to our customers, at all points of contact. Our constant quest is to offer you a better customer experience,” said Mr. Charles Koné, General Manager of UBA Benin.
