Dubai: Children injured in the war in Palestine will be treated in the UAE. UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan ordered 1,000 children and their parents to be treated in hospitals in the UAE. The assurance was given in a phone conversation with Red Cross International President Mirjana Spoljaric. The Red Cross responded that the UAE’s decision to host children from the Gaza Strip and provide them with treatment before returning to their safe homes would be a great relief to Palestinian children.
Meanwhile, Israel continues to attack Gaza. The Hamas government stated that 195 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli bombardment of the Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza.
