UAE Visa Renewal; The number of visitor visas to Oman is increasing

Abu Dhabi: The number of visitors to Oman is increasing following the law came into force to renew the visitor visa in the UAE. With the implementation of the law, there has been a huge increase in the number of visitors to the neighboring country of Oman for visa renewal. Omani authorities said that the number of people arriving by bus, private vehicles and air has increased equally.

The UAE has stopped the option of renewing the visa online for those who reach the three-month visitor visa period. Due to this, the cost of renewing a visit visa in Dubai has increased to a large extent.

When the visa expires, visitors return with a renewed visa following leaving the country. Once you cross the UAE border, you can apply for a visa online. If you apply online in this way, the visa will be available within four to eight hours. It is reported that the travel companies in Oman are preparing tourist plans following the new law regarding visa renewal has come into effect in the UAE. Companies charge a fixed amount for the package which includes bus fare, visa cost and accommodation.

Accommodation facilities are mainly provided for the visitors in the border areas of Oman such as Akhar, Liwa and Shinaz. Visitors who come to the UAE in search of work will have to spend a lot of money to return home with a new visa following their visa expires. Also, the flight fares are going up hugely in the current season and this will lead to an increase in the cost of return home. With this, the number of visitors to Oman is increasing.
