Jeddah, May 24 / WAM / Tomorrow, our national beach soccer team will face its brother Oman, while Iran will meet Thailand in the quarter-final matches of the Asian qualifiers for the World Beach Games in its second edition, which will be held on the island of Bali, Indonesia, in August 2023.
Six teams, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Iran, Oman and Thailand, will participate in the qualifiers that will be hosted by the city of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from May 25 to 27.
The two winning teams from tomorrow’s matches will qualify for the semi-finals, to face Saudi Arabia and Japan, “the direct qualifiers for this round”, which is scheduled to be held on Friday.
