UAE Government Service Centers: The Latest Ratings and Rankings by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum

Dubai: The rating report prepared by evaluating the quality and efficiency of various government service centers in the UAE has been released. The star rating of 124 service centers has been announced. UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed. It was approved by Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Six service centers have got six star rating in the list. The best service is recorded here. Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security along with three centers each of the Ministry of Home Affairs have reached the first positions. The ICP center in Al Dhafrara has increased to a six rating from the four rating last time. Meanwhile, Shaikh Muhammad gave instructions to change the director of the service center of Kalba Hospital, which recorded the lowest rating.

The Emirates Health Services Director General directed Kalba to work at the hospital for a month and improve the service. Among the worst performers was the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure’s service center in Ras Al Khaimah. Service centers and digital services operating in ministries and call centers are now included in the rating.
