UAE imposes restrictions on working hours to protect against sunburn The schedule is for workers in the project and construction sectors of the country. The afternoon work ban in the UAE will begin on June 15.
This is the 18th consecutive year that such a schedule has been implemented in the country. Workers will be rested from 12.30pm to 3pm. During this time the temperature rises to 50 degrees Celsius.
