4. From 397K+250 to 398K+600 (Jinlun Bridge) on Taimali Township, Taitung County, Taimali Township Line 9, an early warning will be closed at 12:00 on the 3rd, and it will be open to traffic depending on the wind and rain.

5. 33K to 48.9K (Nan’ao to Heping road section), 60.2K to 63.7K (Hezhong to Heren road section), 65.3K to 69K (Heren to Daqingshui) on the Taiwan 9-D line in Nan’ao Township, Yilan County and Xiulin Township, Hualien County , It is expected that the warning will be closed from 7:00 pm on the 3rd, and the road will be opened depending on the wind and rain.
