The actor Tyler Blackburn just movedso he decided selling his old home in Atwater Village, Los AngelesCalifornia.

The property entered the real estate market recently with a cost of $1.98 million dollars. The media highlight its location, as the Atwater Village neighborhood is often forgotten and not valued within the Los Angeles County market.

Blackburn expects to receive a significant profit, as he paid just $965,000 for the place in early 2015. The 36-year-old actor is recognized for play Caleb Rivers in the television series ‘Pretty Little Liars’ (2010-2017) y su spin-off ‘Ravenswood’ (2013).

The property it was built in the 1920s on a 6,751 square foot lot. For several years, the actor lived in a 1,645 square foot house distributed on one floor with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

Although the property was built in the 1920s, it is still in good condition thanks to a series of renovations that were done to the property before 2015but it is known that the actor decided to invest a few dollars to remodel the gardens.
