Two River fans fall from a moving bus and suffer injuries in San Miguel

Two River Plate fans who were traveling this followingnoon by bus to the Más Monumental stadium fell to the pavement and suffered minor injuries, in a spectacular accident that occurred in the Buenos Aires town of San Miguel.

According to what was revealed to Télam by police and health sources, the two “millionaire” supporters (a man and a woman) were referred “with scalp injuries” to the Larcade Hospital in San Miguel.

This is the River fan, Ayelén Romero, who was discharged tonight, following being treated “for a cut on the scalp. She was given five stitches in the surgery service, ”said a consulted medical source. The identity of the other patient was not released.

The accident, which was filmed and uploaded to social networks by different passers-by and occasional witnesses to the event, occurred during the followingnoon, at the intersection of the corners of Presidente Perón and Balbín avenue, in the targeted suburb of Buenos Aires.

A risky maneuver by one of the drivers of a first bus caused the two River fans, who came with half their torso out of the vehicle, to be violently fired from the window and bounce heavily once morest the pavement.

A second bus that was coming from behind in the framework of the caravan managed to stop in time and avoided going over the injured bodies.
