A bus capsized in the Mariouteya Canal this evening, Monday, killing two people and injuring 26 others, and the detectives of the Giza Security Directorate moved to the location of the communication, to reveal the circumstances of the accident.
Brigadier General Ahmed Khalaf, Head of Investigation of the South Giza Sector, received a report that a bus loaded with passengers had fallen in the Mariouteya Canal, so a security force moved to the scene of the accident.
Preliminary investigations by the detectives revealed that the bus tire exploded, causing it to deviate from the road and fall into Mariouteya Canal.
