Triple homicide discovered in San Pedro de Atacama: two of the victims would be older adults
During Saturday afternoon a triple homicide in San Pedro de Atacama, a crime that is already being investigated.
According to preliminary information, the bodies of two older adults and a man over 50 years old They were found in the area of the Ayllu de Solor.
One of the deceased was tied up, while in the other two there were clear signs of intervention by third parties.
Carabineros is already investigating the facts to find those responsible and clarify what happened, while investigating the possible relationship between the victims.
The mayor of San Pedro, Just Zuleta, pointed out that in the commune they are “shocked” by what happened, adding that “we are particularly surprised in a town that is very quiet“.
“We hope that the work of the police will determine what happened in these unfortunate events,” he added.
So far no people have been arrested.
