New actions through a program within its framework ESPA 2021/2027 will be available for businesses across the country.
In particular, two new actions of the “Competitiveness 2021-2027” program, within the framework of the NSRF 2021-2027, are expected to be announced in the next period, which will concern small and medium-sized enterprises.
These actions will be aimed at companies throughout the country, while their total budget amounts, according to the existing planning, to 350 million euros
Specifically, these are the actions:
- Strengthening the establishment and operation of new small and medium enterprises, with a budget of 200 million euros
- Strengthening the establishment and operation of new tourism businesses, amounting to 150 million euros
The two actions
The two actions aim to strengthen the sustainable development and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises and to create jobs in them.
Detailed information will be available with the pre-publications of the relevant actions, which are expected.
However, according to newsbeast.gr, as far as the tourism industry is concerned, the second cycle of the “Strengthening Tourism Investments” regime is underway, within the framework of the Development Law. Those interested will be able to submit applications for inclusion of investment projects until October 13.
The total budget for 2023 amounts to 150 million euros, of which 75 million euros concern the type of tax exemption support. The remaining seventy 75 million euros concern the items:
- strengthening the grant
- leasing subsidy
- subsidize the cost of the created employment and come from the Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of Development and Investments. Applications are submitted through OPS- Av.
