Madrid: More letter bombs were found following one person was injured in a letter bomb blast at the Ukrainian embassy in Spain.
Letter bombs were found and defused at an arms factory in the northern Spanish city of Zaragoza on Wednesday evening and near Madrid’s airport on Thursday morning, the interior and defense ministries said.
Officials said the letter bombs found contained e-mail addresses similar to those used in the letter bomb that detonated at the Ukrainian embassy. Grenade launchers supplied by Spain to Ukraine are manufactured at the arms factory in Zaragoza. Meanwhile, suspicious mail has also been found at the US Embassy in Madrid.
