Two juveniles have been charged in a Kansas court in the deadly mass shooting that caused chaos at the NFL champion Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory parade.
One person was killed and 22 others, including nine children, were injured in the shooting during Wednesday’s rally.
Jackson County District Attorney Gene Peters Baker, however, stressed that he would seek to try the two suspects as adults, but under Missouri law the two defendants must first be tried as juveniles.
Police said the ages of those injured in the shooting ranged from 8 to 47, while Lisa Lopez-Galvan, a popular local radio personality, was the one who ended up…
