Two men shot at motorcycle taxi occupants and court sentences them to 32 years in prison
Two men organized a shooting attack on the occupants of a motorcycle taxi in Zone 25, where one person died and others suffered injuries and wounds.

Two men have been sentenced to prison after a court found them guilty of different crimes, the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP) reported.
They are Emerzon Ronaldo Chutan Cute and Celso Estuardo Martinez Vasquez.
For the crime of homicide each received 20 years of non-commutable prison. For attempted homicide, 10 years.
For serious injuries, two years. For offenses against persons, 15 days of arrest commutable at a rate of Q5 per day, for a total of 32 years and 15 days each in prison.
According to the MP, on April 11, 2021, at kilometer 14.5 of the route to the Atlantic, entrance to the Hermano Pedro neighborhood, zone 25 of the capital, both shot at two men who were in a motorcycle taxi.
One of the men died and the other was seriously injured.
Two other people were also injured in the attack, according to the investigation.
The sentence was handed down by the Fourth Criminal Sentencing Court at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office for Crimes against Life and the Integrity of Persons.
