Twitter: you can now put photos and videos in the same tweet

An interesting and long-awaited novelty has just landed on Twitter. It allows you to post a photo, a video, and even a GIF in the same tweet, which is quite practical in some cases and which was not yet possible until today.

When adding media files to your tweets, it was only possible to add one type of file per tweet. For example, you might only put several photos or several videos, but not both at the same time.

It is now ancient history since Twitter today announced the launch of its new media mix feature.

Specifically, Twitter users now have the ability to add both photos, videos and GIFs in a single tweet. A feature that was currently not available and which was quite limiting for users, but also for companies.

From now on, everyone’s creativity can be more easily showcased on the social network by having the possibility of sharing a photo, a video and even a GIF in a single tweet.

To take advantage of it, just click on the Photo icon when you start a tweet. You will be able to add several media files and of different types.
