Twitter sued in US over alleged leak that facilitated data theft of 200 million users

Twitter has been sued over a hack that stole the data of more than 200 million users. According to the man who filed the complaint with the San Francisco court on Friday, the hackers were able to penetrate Twitter’s systems due to a programming flaw in the software applications use to communicate with each other.
