Twitter Blue members now see fewer feed ads

Fulfilling a ancient promise do CEOChief executive officeror executive director.”>1 do Twitter, Elon Muskthe network started to release today another benefit for subscribers of the Twitter Blue: feeds com a half of the ads. According to the support page of the little bird, will drop by 50% in the “Following” and “For you” sections.

This way, subscribers will see twice as many organic/unpromoted tweets as non-subscribers. There is, however, a catch: the decrease is only applicable to the two feeds — that is, the number of ads will remain the same in areas such as profiles, replies to tweets, promoted subjects, promoted accounts to follow and in the Explore tab.

In addition, only subscribers who have already received the infamous social network verification seal will have access to the resource; those who have not yet been approved will need to wait a little longer. It has also been said that there may be times of more and less promoted content between organic tweets in feeds.

Another novelty implemented recently were the prioritized ratings. Tweets that have subscriber engagement will gain a “ranking boost,” as will responses from Twitter Blue members. Subscribers will also appear in the Verified part of the notifications tab for users they interact with.

Twitter Blue subscription costs BRL 42 per month (or BRL 440 per year, with a 12% discount) if it is done via the web. If you use the iOS app, the monthly fee increases to R$60/month or R$630/year.
