A number of content makers reported on the social networking site “Twitter” that they had obtained financial profits amounting to 100 thousand dollars, and others 37 thousand dollars, as revenues, which the company began to apply.

Tweeters considered that the start of the “Twitter” company, paying profits to users, would restore its lost momentum following the decisions of its owner, Elon Musk.

Last Thursday, the official Twitter account announced the launch of the ad revenue sharing program, which will give every content maker on the platform a share of the revenue on his tweets.

The site confirmed that it had finished circulating the service and launching it on a larger scale later this month, as part of their endeavor to help users make a profit directly from the platform.

The platform set 3 conditions for the account to be ready to receive profits, the first of which is subscribing to the “Twitter Blue” service, and the second is that his tweets get 5 million monthly impressions during the last 3 months, and the third is that he passes the verification process that the platform’s employees conduct on the accounts advanced for the service.

In turn, the owner of the platform, Musk, confirmed in a tweet that the revenues will be calculated since he announced his intention to launch the service last February.

Musk stated that he would be subject to scrutiny so that he would pay for the number of ads shown to real users verified by the platform, so as not to manipulate the use of fake accounts spread on it.

Twitter’s move came following the launch of the “Threads” micro-blogging application on July 5, which angered the company and made it threaten to sue Meta, which used services similar to the blue site in the new platform.
