Group Shinhwa member and actor Kim Dong-wan confessed that he had “severe obsessive-compulsive disorder and insomnia” as to why he returned home.
Kim Dong-wan appeared as a guest on Channel A’s ‘Mom’s Travel Go Doo-sim’, which aired on the 6th, and said, “I think I was tired following living as a singer for a long time.” Dongwan Kim returned to Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province and has been living there for six years.
Kim Dong-wan, who even thought regarding retiring from the entertainment industry, said, “Strangely, he sleeps well when he goes to the countryside. Smell the soil and listen to the birds (I like it),” he explained. “I mightn’t go too far, so I went back and forth between Gapyeong and Seoul for a year and ended up living here.”
“I slept really well here. I slept so much that I wondered if something was wrong,” he said. “I felt that I was very tired. She started living here to recover. Now that I’ve recovered, I’m overdoing it once more,” she laughed.
He added, “My dream is to live together in Gapyeong following getting married and raise a child.”
