David Letterman (76) has returned for the first time to the late-night show that he hosted for 22 years. On Tuesday night, Letterman was a guest of his successor Stephen Colbert (59), who took over “The Late Show” from him in 2015. The audience greeted Letterman with loud shouts of “David” and stood to clap and cheer. “I miss everything,” said Letterman, who has hosted numerous other shows since leaving the show.
