Turnover down slightly in 2022, expected results down

The VPNUL automotive market continued its downward trend during the last quarter of 2022. The decline for the whole of 2022 compared to 2021 was 8%.

In this context, the activity of the Auto Hall Group posted a decline compared to the previous year of 20% in volume and 5% in consolidated turnover.

Consolidated turnover, however, remains higher than in 2019 thanks to the contribution of new activities and in particular that of used vehicles which contributed 270 Mdhs.
Partnership with FCA – Stellantis
The marketing of the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Jeep brands, which started in September, continued to grow, exceeding the volume of 600 vehicles at the end of 2022.

Investments
Continuation of the development of the network with the preparation of the launch of new projects in several regions of the Kingdom.

Indication of 2022 results
The information available to date for the annual results confirms the trend of the results posted at the end of September: a corporate result of Auto Hall close to that of the previous year (positive impact of the transfers of fixed assets) and a consolidated result in decline by around 50%, bearing in mind that that of 2021 was boosted by a real estate sale which represented a third of the result.
