Turning is looking for its next generation. The branch is currently experiencing a staff shortage and wishes to motivate young people to train. It is with this in mind that the association of bar turning and cutting manufacturers (AFDT) organized open days with the Capsa company in La Neuveville. The objective is to attract those at the end of their schooling (9th, 10th and 11th Harmos) and to introduce them to the various professions in the sector. Joëlle Schneiter, director of the AFDT:
