The National Office of the National League for the Justice Sector revealed the outcomes of its members’ meeting with Minister of Justice Abdel Latif Wehbe, yesterday, Monday, in a session that resulted in the suspension of the previously announced strike.

In this context, the office of the university affiliated with the banner of the National Labor Union in Morocco stated in a statement that the meeting he attended at the invitation of Minister Wehbe was an opportunity to listen to the ministry’s presentation regarding the just and legitimate claim file for female clerks and clerks, where Wehbe stopped at the efforts he made with The Prime Minister and the relevant government sectors in order to resolve the outstanding issues, and he briefed the National Office on the most important conclusions of his intervention regarding the statute of limitations, the engineers’ file, and a number of other issues.

In a related context, the office praised the positive atmosphere in which the sectoral dialogue session with the Ministry of Justice took place, appreciating the minister’s efforts throughout the process of pleading for the judicial record file, noting that the Ministry had informed the university of the results of amending the statute of the judicial judicial authority, and the near horizon for programming its approval. According to the legal procedure.

According to the same source, during the meeting, the Ministry affirmed its commitment to fairness to the sector’s female and male engineers according to a formula approved by the relevant government sectors. It also stressed the readiness to structure the regional directorates according to the division of judicial departments, a project that was referred to the General Secretariat of the Government before it was approved in accordance with the legal procedure.

Regarding the approval of the structure of the courts, the university stated that the Ministry is committed to referring it to the legal procedure immediately upon reaching the opinion of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Authority, in accordance with what is stipulated in the Judicial Organization Law, in addition to sponsoring the training expenses for the benefit of 300 male and female employees in the sector who will be registered with master’s degrees in 10 universities over the years. National level.

The university’s statement, a copy of which is available at Agadir 24, praised the ministry’s openness to discussing the university’s perceptions regarding the work methodology of the National Institute for Registry and the Legal and Judicial Professions, noting the ministry’s commitment to integrating degree holders into this year’s drawing by announcing the professional competition in Bahr this week, which will benefit from it. 700 male and female employees, distributed among grades 8, 9, 10, and 11, according to the number of positions for each grade, respectively, 15, 20, 200, and 465.

The same source pointed out that the regular session of the transitional movement will be scheduled two weeks from now to decide on pending transfer requests, and the professional competency exams will be scheduled for December 20, 2024.

At the conclusion of its statement, the National Office of the National University for the Justice Sector appreciated the conclusions of the sectoral dialogue session, the positive atmosphere it held, and the response to its positive outcomes, confirming the suspension of the strike that was scheduled to be implemented on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, October 8, 9, and 10, 2024.

It should be noted that the meeting, which brought together members of the National Office of the National University for the Justice Sector and officials of the Ministry of Justice, was chaired by the Secretary General of the Ministry, in the presence of the Director General of the Muhammadiyah Foundation for Social Work for Judges and Justice Employees, the Director of Legislation and Studies, the Director of Budget, the Director of Human Resources, the Director of Equipment and Property Management, in addition to the President Sectoral Dialogue Department.
