- Milk, one cup
- Ground turmeric, one teaspoon
- ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper, a pinch
- Honey or molasses, 1 teaspoon -freshly ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon (this is optional)
Composition
Pour the milk into a small pan and heat it over medium heat. But don’t let it boil.
