Turkish President Erdogan arrived in the United Arab Emirates

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Abu Dhabi at 3:40 p.m. on Monday on the TC-TREK plane as part of an official visit to the United Arab Emirates.

The Turkish Head of State was welcomed at Abu Dhabi International Airport by the Federal Minister of Abu Dhabi, Tani bin Ahmed Al Zeyouidi, the Turkish Ambassador to Abu Dhabi, Tugay Tuncer, and the Consul General from Turkey to Dubai, Mustafa Ilker Kilic.

Turkish Ministers of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu, Interior Suleyman Soylu, Treasury and Finance, Nureddin Nebati, Trade, Mehmet Mus, Industry and Technology, Mustafa Varank, Transport and Infrastructure, Adil Karaismailoglu, of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, of Agriculture and Forestry, Bekir Pakdemirli, Vice President and Spokesman of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), Omer Celik, Director of the communication of the Turkish Presidency, Fahrettin Altun and the spokesman of the Presidency, Ibrahim Kalin are part of the delegation which accompanies Erdogan.

Turkish and Emirati flags were hung in some streets along the Qasr al-Vatan Palace Road on the sidelines of the Turkish President’s visit.
