The Turkish Air Force has bombed the bases of the separatist Kurdistan Workers’ Party in Iraq and Syria. More than 60 terrorists have been claimed killed in these retaliatory attacks.
The Turkish Ministry of Defense has stated that 47 terrorist targets were destroyed in Iraq and Syria. 29 targets were hit in Iraq and 18 targets in northern Syria. The Syrian Democratic Forces said 12 people were killed and 25 wounded in the Turkish attacks.
It should be remembered that yesterday there was a suicide attack on a weapons factory located some distance from Ankara. 5 people were killed and dozens were injured in this attack. The Turkish Ministry of Defense has said that the attack was carried out by the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, a terrorist organization.
Security sources said that Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT) carried out attacks on the PKK in Iraq and the YPG in northern Syria.
